10-Day Exchange & Return Policy
We have a No Questions Asked Exchange & Return policy, applicable for Sale items as-well. T&C apply.
You have 10 days after receiving you order to apply for exchange/return. You must dispatch the parcel from your end within the 10-days.
Guidelines:
- Pack the product in its original packaging with accompanying tags.
- To be eligible for an exchange/return, the product(s) must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Print & Fill out this form
- You must ship/deliver the packet to our office address along with the form within 10 days of receiving your order.
- For Exchange: Once the product(s) has been received and approved by our inspection team, we will get your exchange dispatched from our end. (Depends on the size/product availability)
- For Return: Once the product has been returned and approved by our inspection team, you will receive the amount via Bank Transfer in 5 working days.
Terms & Conditions
- The policy is not eligible for Undergarments.
- For Accessories/Jewelry, we follow a 24-hour exchange/return policy.
- Fragrances are non-exchangeable once the box seal is broken.
- PKR 200 will be charged for delivery on exchange parcels for sale items only.
- For Exchange, In case of a positive difference in amount, it will be charged as COD. In case of a negative difference in amount, store credit will be issued.
- You must dispatch your parcel to our warehouse address mentioned in the form attached below. The shipping expense shall be borne by the customer.
- Refund policy is not eligible for items on SALE. You can avail store credit on the return of sale items, which can applied in your next order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can get the issue resolved as soon as possible. Any issue raised after 2 working days of receiving your order will not be accepted.
